Gert has been working over 20 years in the field of learning & development, with broad experience in coaching, feedback, moderation of groups and team-building as well as e-learning, blended learning and social learning

Before TalentAdvice Gert was a project manager at CrossKnowledge. In this function he developed blended learning projects together with the HR and L&D teams of multi-national clients. As such, Gert is considered to be the stepping stone between the offline coaching and consultancy activities and the online learning tools available at TalentAdvice

Gert’s passion is coaching and supporting people in their growth. He is appreciated for his team work and partnership, his focus on dialogue, his solid listening skills, his client orientation and his talent for constructive debate. He is also known for his drive to achieve win-win outcomes

Gert has a pedagogical bachelor degree and is a certified practioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas Killman, Wave PQ and DISC, and a certified coach

He is fluent in Dutch and English
