Before she decided to work again as a consultant and coach, Ester was the Director of Talent Management & OD for Baxter EMEA. In this responsibility she set & delivered the leadership & organization effectiveness strategy to address the key leadership & organizational development needs for Europe

Ester has experience working in a consultancy as well as a business environment. She has worked in a European, Japanese as well as an American organization culture. She has experience coaching and working with all organizational levels, from blue collars to CEOs

Ester is an Engineer in Biochemistry and a Psychologist. She is also a qualified assessor of competencies and a certified practioner of Team Management Profiles (TMP) for leadership development, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The Wave PQ, DISC Colours and Insights Discovery

She is fluent in Dutch, English and French
