Karolien has over 15 years of experience in the field of HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Talent Management

Karolien started her carreer at Adecco and then moved to the Engie Group where she built a very wide experience throughout the entire HR field during 10 years. She started as an HR Business Partner, moved on to become Training Manager and was also responsible for Social Development (gender equality, diversity, social responsibility …). Furthermore, she specialised in Learning & Development. To gain additional expertise in this area, she moved to Colruyt Group to build even more practical experience to foster implementation and smooth learning transfers

Throughout her career Karolien has worked with allorganizational levels, from blue collars to CEOs

Karolien is appreciated for her multi-tasking skills, her adaptability, for connecting well with all kinds of people and knowing when to listen and when to speak up

Karolien has a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and HR Management. She is also a certified practioner of Insights Discovery and a certified coach

She is fluent in Dutch and French
