For over 18 years, she was a Marketing & Sales manager in several Italian diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies. In this responsibility she set sales distribution networks, took care of customer support and was involved in MKT & Sales strategies and projects in Europe

As a Coach & Trainer, she works with Italian private companies which are operating in several markets (like ICT, Chemical & Plastic, Food & Beverage) as well as with public administration organizations.  She is focused on topics like leadership, emotional intelligence, team working, conflict management, negotiation, communication, time management and coaching

Chiara is appreciated for her focus on people development, her reliability in planning and delivering high quality projects and for her long experience in sales roles

She is a chemist in pharmaceutical science, a certified coach (PCC-ICF association) and an experiential trainer (IALT- International Academy of Leadership and Teamwork / Training Experiential Trainers). She is also a certified practitioner of Insights Discovery and certified in “Emotional Skills
and Competencies” (Paul Ekman Institute)
