Patricia has been working over 11 years in the field of learning & development, with a  broad experience in coaching individuals and teams, facilitation and team building as well as virtual learning

Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Patricia is an energetic, creative, flexible and positive thinker with an international mind-set, since she has lived in different countries like the USA, Denmark and Belgium

Before she decided to work as a trainer, facilitator and coach, she was a Marketing Specialistand worked in Sales and Marketing in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Sanofi-Aventis, Esteve, Rottapharm-Madaus)

Patricia is a Biologist specialised in Microbiology. She became a Professional Coach in 2010. She specialized later in the Louvain School of Management in Change Management. She is also certified in Insights Discovery, Emotional Intelligence by GENOS, Change Management and is an official trainer for the European Institutions. Certified also in ORSC and LEGO Serious Play

On top of that she is a Keynote Speaker for Commerce schools like ESADE, ICHEC and social enterprises like JUMP. And a lecturer for the MBA in HR for EU Business School

She is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Catalan
