Before she became a trainer and a coach, she worked as a technical manager for Engie where she led different teams towards a client-centered and solid performance. Her focus was not only on organizational excellence, but also on the personal development of the individual team members and the overall growth as a team

Carolien is an experienced facilitator and coach. She led change and agile projects across profiles - from blue collars to management teams

Carolien is an Aerospace Engineer and has a black belt in Lean/Six Sigma. She is also a certified coach, and a certified practitioner of Insights Discovery
