Lies worked as an occupational therapist in the neurology department of a rehabilitation hospital for 12 years. She was responsible for the rehabilitation of people with an acquired brain injury through individual and group therapy within a multi-disciplinary team

As a lean professional at Colruyt Group Lies was responsible for the process and workstation analysis to create a more efficient working environment together with the people involved

Leading working groups and following up to reach the set targets is what Lies loves to do. As a result, Lies is a smooth collaborator. She excells at drawing up roadmaps to accurately reach the goals. She prefers to do so in a thorough, organised, realistic and practical way.
