Before she became Trainer and Consultant, Martina was the MBA Program Manager at RIT, Headhunter for EU pharmaceutical market and later Director at Academic Internship Experts EUSA. She was successful in finding and developing talent, facilitating change in organizations and this with a focus on effective communication and collaborative teamwork

Martina built her professional experience within an international business environment and worked for corporate leaders, consultancy as well as academia and NGOs. She also spent six years working abroad in the USA, the UK and Germany
