Mario has over 10 years of experience in the development of people in a Big4 environment accompanied with a very good understanding of the business side. He has a  broad experience in coaching, training design and the facilitation of workshops

Before TalentAdvice, Mario was leading the Development Solutions function at KPMG Luxembourg. In this role he was responsible for all learning solutions and tools implemented, including the moderation of workshops and events. Due to this former experience, he is also very knowledgeable about all processes and compliance tasks linked to learning and development

Mario´s objective is to help and support people to become a better version of themselves, whether through coaching or training. He is known for his great facilitation skills and his capacity to challenge people on the status quo

Mario has an environmental economics degree and is a certified learning consultant from the ITOL institute in England. He is also a certified practitioner of Insights Discovery, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas Killman (Conflict Management) and Zortify. And of top of this,  he is also a certified coach (ACC)

He is fluent in German, English and Luxembourgish
