Stéphan has over 20 years of experience in the field of HR, Talent Management and Change Management
Stéphan started his career as an HR Consultant and came back to this field after a fruitful career at Henkel. He grew from a local recruiter to a Global HRBP in the Headquarters in Germany. In these different positions, he led HRIT related and talent development projects, implemented innovations in the field of HR and advised executives in the areas of leadership, communication and organizational design. Stéphan also gathered experience as a Learning and Development specialist, designing learning tracks, cultural transformation programs and facilitating workshops
Stéphan has worked in European and American organizational cultures. He has experience working with all organizational levels, from blue collars to CEOs
Stéphan is appreciated for his drive, openess to new ways, no non-sense approach and result orientation
Stéphan is a Psychologist and holds a degree in Business Administration. He is also a qualified assessor of competencies and is a certified practioner of the OPQ.
Stéphan is fluent in French, Dutch & English.
